100 kg / 140 kg/shelf uniformly distributed load.

Connect side plates and bracing stringer at the height
of the uprights coupling.
Insert all screws to fix the bracing stringer to the shelf,
then tighten screws only at the end of shelf assembly.
For your safety, fix the shelf to the wall.
